Actress Adesua Etomi took to her twitter page to school users on how and when to spend money as she enjoins us to borrow a leaf from her spending rules. Grab a seat, pen and paper as this should do you some good. Adesua’s spending rules states:

‘Don’t buy things to impress anyone, it’s foolish’
